My career has been a combination of two key phases. I spent the first phase of my career, which was 23 years, in executive roles for both the Principal Financial Group and Wells Fargo. You can read more about that in my bio page, but to summarize, I had the privilege of leading both operational and sales teams for two wonderful companies. Both the Principal Financial Group and Wells Fargo afforded me experiences that were challenging, gritty, hard and fulfilling. I was trusted with leading large teams, representing the organizations publicly with customers and the community, creating strategies and implementing change.
The second part of my career lasted 14 years where I had the opportunity to support others as an executive coach as well as a communication/public speaking coach. This provided me the opportunity to support teams and individuals that were communicating important messages and direction both internally and externally.
I have woven together these two phases of my career and experience to create Volante Consulting. As a certified Birkman Method® consultant, I have the honor of supporting leaders at all levels. I also collaborate with leaders and their employees to operate as productive, high performing teams.
